Job Description

RIVIX is hiring outbound sales representatives to help us expand into industrial and trade markets across Canada.

This is a performance driven role focused on cold outreach, prospecting, and booking qualified calls with decision makers.

You will be responsible for identifying operations managers, procurement leads, and business owners in construction, mining, oil, and related industries. Your job is to initiate contact, qualify needs, and open conversations.

This is not a passive inbound role. You will be actively calling, emailing, and following up every day.

You can expect to be involved in:

  • Daily outbound calling to industrial and trade companies across Canada
  • Building prospect lists and maintaining CRM data
  • Booking meetings for senior leadership
  • Following structured outreach sequences
  • Tracking activity metrics and weekly performance
  • Supporting follow ups and long term account development

This role is ideal for someone who is disciplined, confident on the phone, and comfortable handling rejection.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of outbound sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable making 40 to 80 calls per day
  • Clear spoken English
  • Strong follow up discipline
  • Organized and consistent
  • Comfortable working in a performance based environment
  • Experience selling B2B services or products is a strong asset

You must be comfortable speaking with operations managers, safety managers, procurement teams, and business owners.

Compensation

Base pay plus commission.

Commission structure rewards closed deals and long term account value.

High performers will earn significantly more through performance incentives.
