OUR STORY
How It All Started
We started RIVIX in 2023 after seeing how frustrating apparel programs had become for a lot of companies.
Many orders would move forward, but no one really felt in control. The timelines would change without prior notice, important details were missing, and teams had to follow up more than they should have just to get basic answers.
We noticed that the work itself was not the problem, but how it was being managed.
From the beginning, our focus was to keep everything organized, move quickly, and give companies one clear point of contact so they never have to wonder what is happening with their order.
If a company trusted us with their uniforms or apparel, we made sure it was handled properly and delivered on time.
Those early projects shaped how we operate today and set the standard for how every program is handled.

Founder and CEO
Keeps production moving and fixes problems before they ever reach the client. Sayem works directly with our factories, checks the details that matter, and makes sure every order stays on track. He grew up around manufacturing and uses that experience to keep the work disciplined and predictable for the people depending on us.

Joseph Nguyen
Director of Operations
Organizes the team and manages workflow across the company. Joseph handles inventory, sets internal direction, and keeps projects organized the whole way through. He supports sales, helps identify new opportunities, and brings structure to the work as expectations grow.
Ngoc Nguyen
Head of Sales
Drives new business across Canada and leads outbound sales efforts for the company. He reaches out to companies, starts conversations around their uniform and apparel needs, and moves early discussions toward qualified opportunities. His role is to open the door, build momentum, and set the tone for how RIVIX approaches every new relationship.
Peter Lieu
Head of Marketing
Shapes how the company communicates and how the brand shows up across North America. Peter directs brand positioning, oversees how the company is presented in the market, and aligns marketing closely with sales. His work keeps outreach, messaging, and growth efforts moving in the same direction as the company expands into new sectors.
